She has held leadership positions in the investment banking sector in the Boston market, consulting roles in the State House of Massachusetts and a licensed Insurance broker in both commercial and personal lines. She is an entrepreneur and small business owner as well. Kathy has played an integral part in developing and overseeing the financial systems at Aurora. She is a proven leader and has a strong track record of outperforming the budget year after year.
